Prior to joining Ravin Greenberg, Mr. Friedman was a corporate associate at a large corporate firm in New York City, where his primary focus was mergers and acquisitions. During his career, Mr. Friedman has worked on numerous notable acquisitions and/or sales:

• Corporate restructuring of an international chemical company
• $7 billion purchase of an oil and gas company in South America
• $1.5 billion leveraged buyout of a private military company
• $350 million stock purchase of a loyalty rewards company
• Corporate restructuring and purchase of a rare earth elements company

Mr. Friedman received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an honors B.A. in Journalism from the University of Toronto with high distinction. Following his graduation from Michigan Law School, Mr. Friedman served as part-time law clerk to Hon. Edmund A. Sargus Jr.,Southern District of Ohio.
